The river Schelde passes by a series of villages and municipalities, which are joint in a platform organization (Scheldelandschapspark). Now, the platform would like to reach out to local stakeholders (inhabitants, entrepreneurs, etc.) to formulate and help to realize a series of small 'quick win' projects to benefit the Schelde region.

Pantopicon was asked to design and facilitate the participatory engagement process using the future of the region as a guiding principle and source of inspiration. Special emphasis will be placed on the use of social media to activate and communicate.
