What will learning look like in say 2027? Will we still go to school? Will we still learn in groups or will each student have a personal coach? Will industries sponsor schools in exchange for curriculum adaptation towards their needs? Will there still be such a thing as 'a classroom'?

In two workshops a group of 20 students of the Willem 1 College school (Den Bosch, the Netherlands) explored future developments with regard to learning (how – what – why – when – where do we learn in the long term future?). Inspired by the future they created an image of their desired future. This dream has been captured in a short movie, enacted by the students themselves. The project is a pilot initiative. At the moment, School voor de Toekomst and Pantopicon are looking for new opportunities to scale and open up the initiative to other target groups (policymakers, business people, education professionals...).
