The HVC Group is engaged in sustainable waste management and green energy production on behalf of their shareholders, i.e. 52 municipalities and 5 water districts in the Northern part of the Netherlands. In order to draw a new future-inspired vision for their waste collection business unit, the HVC Group called upon Pantopicon to guide them in this matter. Pantopicon interviewed stakeholders and co-designed a set of alternative future scenarios with and for the strategic task force of HVC to assess their strategic options. In a series of interactive workshops designed and facilitated by Pantopicon, longer term future developments and challenges were made tangible and assessed from a variety of perspectives.
