Changing patterns in food consumption are challenging the ways in which we organize the protein cycles of our food systems. Pantopicon has been asked to design and facilitate a series of workshops with experts from Wageningen University's food and biobased research departments to assess challenges and explore both changes towards existing and alternative, sustainable systems.

In order to stretch the mindsets of the expert team and stimulate debate, Pantopicon crafts a series of visual teasers inspired by future developments challenging the system from the outside-in. Furthermore, Pantopicon facilitates the workshops and renders future, alternative, sustainable food systems tangible through visualization.
