Considering the increasing need and requirement for municipalities to anticipate future challenges and build vision for the longer term, VVSG - the Association of Flemish Cities and Municipalities - asked Pantopicon to design and facilitate a two-day training course. During the course municipal officials and staff will be familiarized with the tools of scenario analysis and future visioning via heads-in and hands-on sessions. The training materials employed will use concrete municipal cases.
